My 6 month update
So its June and I'm moving!! Sopheary and I are currently looking for and apartment home or townhouse to rent. I have one promising location, but then again, I've only looked at 2! Its in Eastlake, I mean literally on the lake. Or one block over, whatever. But our unit is close to the street, with lots of street parking...etc. I don't want to jinx it by getting all excited.
So yeah, that means the family is off to Sac-Town. Its sad. I didn't expect to be moving out of my parents house so soon, but hey you gotta go some day. So everything is pretty much packed and has been packed for the last month. I just need to get all of my clothes and my daily stuff into boxes and I'm ready to go. Its going to be weird not coming "home" everyday, but thats life. You gotta move up and move on.
Update on the Dux situation is... we never found him. So we went back to Jeff, Dacshund breeder extraordinare, and got another Dux.
We've got lots more pics of him, but this is the only one thats actually on my comp. He's bigger than the original Dux, but we love him just as much. I've trained him on how to sit and thats about it so far! He's pretty good about not doing his business in his house but he's starting to tinkle on things to mark his territory. BOO!
I'm finally a Store Manager! I got promoted back in January. I love my store. I love my job. I'm happy where I am at in life right now.
I'll update some more later, but right now I need to find a father's day gift pronto!
